  1. Gauld did not do himself any favours with his recent rather petulant interviews and the national team has not exactly suffered without him. Jason Cummings is a professional imbecile who will somehow find a way to fuck up his current golden boy image with Australia, just give him time and he'll find a way. Before Andy Robertson and Kieran Tierney burst onto the scene there were some who looked towards Aaron Taylor Sinclair as one of a number of possible options at left back. He now plays for Antigua and Barbuda.
  2. I won't be losing any sleep over that wanker Cummings. He'll get found out soon enough. Playing for two countries is nothing new. Go back nearly ninety years ago and it was happening then. Barney Battles Jnr represented the USA (1925) and then Scotland (1930). Joe Kennaway represented Canada (1926) and Scotland (1933).
  3. It is an official international date and other nations are playing friendlies.
  4. Here now, there's nothing wrong with Ramy being a water boy. He even gets to wear a smart uniform.
  5. An underperforming and dysfunctional U21 team can sometimes have a negative impact how young players view international duty. So it does matter. Gemmill fully deserves the criticism he gets. He's useless and should be punted.
  6. Unfortunately, they still have that useless fuckwit Gemmill managing them which will hold this age group back.
  7. The sheep are humping the hubbies this evening. 4-1 currently.
  8. It's a shite idea and hardly anyone wants them back.
  9. 😂😂😂😂 That's the saddest fucking thing I've read in ages.
  10. Transfermarkt has him down for four assists: Iceland (home 2009) Six counties (away 2011) England (away 2013) Gibraltar (away 2015)
  11. SAS: Rogue Warriors https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/b08f00r9/sas-rogue-warriors I was wrong about it being new, it was first broadcast back in 2017 but It's got interviews with several of the founding members, including David Stirling. Very interesting.
  12. Thanks, I'll need to give that a watch very soon then. The trailer certainly looked good. I just noticed that there is also a new three part documentary giving the actual historical background to the dramatisation. One thing I tried to get into was the repeats of "Bob Servant Independent" (on BBC Scotland Iplayer) but I didn't find it funny at all.
  13. At least Ramy still has his favourite hockey team to fall back on and cheer him up.
  14. Was watching some good programs on the BBC Iplayer in the last week. Three compelling Scottish true crime documentaries on - "The Hunt for Bible John", "The Hunt for the World's End Killers" and "The Ice Cream Wars" - all well worth a watch. Got the distinct feeling that a couple of people in the latter film still knew more than they were letting on regarding the murder of the Doyles. There's also a fascinating (at times quite funny) new documentary about James Joyce and his groundbreaking novel Ulysses and a repeat of a beautiful documentary about T. S. Eliot if anyone is interested. Is that new series about the SAS in Second World War any good ?
  15. I go on different clubs forums all the time to see what they are saying. It's not a crime. Was reading the Bristol City board just there to see what they were saying about Tommy Conway. Fact is there are some professional paranoid fuckwits on KDS.
  16. A few wankers on Kerrydale Street saying the referee has been bribed and wanting a criminal investigation 😂🤣
  17. Bet they have Mr Windsor on the pitch shaking the players hands and the crowd being encouraged to join together to sing GSTK 🙄
  18. Do you want to do the same to commemorate Wales and the six counties first matches against Scotland ? Guarantee you the world media won't care about this match against England at all.
  19. As I said England are just another team to me. I wouldn't have bothered. We don't need to commemorate every single stupid anniversary.
  20. Didn't know about the Iceland. The SFA should up their game when it comes to updating their website. The U21s are subordinate to the senior team and can afford to lose a couple of players to the senior team and try out others, especially if they are playing Iceland in a friendly match. Personally, I'd like to see Anderson, Conway and Ramsay involved. With Hyam, as I said, a player who may very well be playing Premier League football next year cannot be ignored.
