  1. The Budapest marathon is on the 9th of October which may make getting around a bit more difficult until late afternoon.
  2. I'm in Catania now, taking the ferry from Pozzallo on Friday morning, then flying to Rome on Monday for 3 nights.
  3. Shin muscles strengthening will help - http://www.runnersworld.com/workouts/4-exercises-to-prevent-shin-splints. The heel drop exercise works best for me.
  4. I watched a few games, including Maribor v Celtic, in Katie O'Connors last month.
