  1. I like the fact it is repetitive. That it appears on every post over and over again... and again. (I will delete it soon.)
  2. Faux outrage. It is used over and over to silence legitimate discussion.
  3. If some one is talking about a topic with passion, love or hatred, whatever that is great. But when someone starts posting about the character of other members instead of the subject (or any subject) then that is 'bile' for me.
  4. What Dave King is implying is that had a player they offered 1m a year to 'tax free' under an EBT scheme said 'no I don't like EBTs' they would have simply offered them (say) 1.5m not-tax-free. Maybe that is true for one or two as not every player had an EBT. The ones with the better advisers probably did get an alternative offer. But to suggest had they all said no to EBT's that RFC would have been able to gross up all their tax free salaries and pay all the PAYE taxes is simply not true. RFC would quickly have been forced to cut back the 'EBT players' budget by at least a third to a half had they paid taxes on it. King is like the worst bullshit artist on this thread. It is shameless spin and broken promises from what i can see (so far).
  5. I paraphrase. Got my mind set on you But it is gonna take money a whole lota spending money To do it right child... What the fukk are these slightly creepy lyrics about?
  6. Wow Dave King is losing it. And so soon. Cracking under Ashley pressure it looks like. I do find it amusing the way they interlace the not so subtle any more threats with the pleas for us to all come together for the best for Scottish Football. FFS they made every attempt possible to undermine Scottish football and fukk off to England but now we need to come together to save it... They are only trying to save themselves and threatening once again the 'Sampson option' if we do not all cower and comply. Dave King go fukk yourself.
  7. I think folk get lost in the details much like the first two tribunals. Take a step back and look at in substance not form. As the good Lord said it is common sense that income tax was due and it is equally common sense that RFC was cheating like a ba$tard, financially doped up to the eyeballs when it was juiced up to the gills on these EBTs. I realize I am mixing metaphors but that is how serious this shit is. How insolvency law ranks different creditors doers not mitigate that cheating (red herring). FFS you don't pay taxes so you can pay players more in order to get better players and people are honestly arguing that is not cheating. And that is before you get to the massive industrial scale of it. And yes the scale of it does matter. RFC were already one of two hugely dominant clubs in Scotland. To add this EBT cheating shite on top (which BTW was quite disgusting considering your advantages of scale already) unquestionably yielded titles they would ordinarily not have won. The smart thing to do would be to agree to some titles being voided and THEN we can move on and forget about.
  8. It is one thing to take on a legitimate debt and then spunk the borrowed money on players so you can win the league (but then actually go bust) situation. It is quite another to defraud the tax man to win the league (and then get busted for it and go bust) situation. That is (more) like robbing a bank (to fund the team) and then later listing the robbed funds as a 'creditor'.
  9. I was watching The Hunt the other night. Featured a pack of dogs that managed to take down a buffalo (i think it was) by running it to exhaustion. Well getting into protracted legal battles with Ashley is only going to exhaust the dogs chasing the buffalo. King is crazy waging lawfare on Ashley. Ashley can outspend him x 20. As for the SFA of course they are fighting they cannot fold that quickly. But if Ashley is going for them they should be shitting themselves. Finally these rat bag whanks are going to come under some real legal scrutiny, the scrutiny of Mighty Mike's considerable legal team. If I was running the SFA I'd probably be shitting it. Mike Ashley could do Scottish football a big favour here if he wipes the floor with SFA. C'mon Mike.
  10. If everyone agrees that nothing can be done or said until the final word on the BTC has been spoken (either BDO do not appeal or the supreme court) why then was LNS ever asked to make a call on it so early on in the proceedings, it looks almost opportunistic, i.e. 'let's bank this ruling now while things are favourable to RFC and then use it as a get out jail free card later’ when / if the judgement goes against RFC. If it is too soon for anyone to say or do anything now it sure as feck must have been to soon for LNS to make any reasonable call back then before all this unfolded. It is all a bit fishy.
  11. Murray also transferred over 59m in RFC debt to the Murray Group. That all had to be written off on the sale to Whyte for a quid. http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-17656555 BTW that article also says... A swap of £118m debt for equity with Lloyds Banking Group which didn't even dilute the Murray family's 70% voting power over MIH. This was not long after Lloyds had apparently played hardball with Murray over the paltry 17m owed to it by RFC. That 17m had to be paid immediately they said but a little later heyho lets just capitalize this 118m of debt and effectively let you off the hook. (And this is not the only time Lloyd have done this with Murray. I believe they have capitalized half a billion of his debts so far. But yeah gotta get that 17m back from Rangers....) Lloyds agreed to be used as the excuse for a 'fire sale' to Whyte is my guess.
  12. I think you have to unbundle it all a bit first into some basic levels of offending... 1. One club is much bigger than most other clubs in the same league, can easily outspend them and still break even or make a profit. 2. Club overspends by incurring debts to attain an advantage on the pitch. Pays back debts at a later stage. 3. Club overspends by incurring debts to attain an advantage on the pitch. Cannot pay back debts so forced into administration, but it exits administration later. 4. Club overspends by incurring debts to attain an advantage on the pitch. Cannot pay back debts so forced into administration, unable to exit administration and so then liquidated. 5. Clubs cheats on its payroll taxes so it can afford better players, gets caught and is forced into administration and then liquidation by HMRC as it cannot pay the taxes owed. 1. Is unfair in a true sporting sense but it is no different to many leagues. Capitalism is not fair. 2. Here the club is borrowing from tomorrow’s success to get some more today. The advantage they gain this year is reversed when they have to pay back the loans down the road. Plus they risk administration if they are not careful. 3. Here the club is instantly punished by a heavy points deductions precisely for the reason they have gained an advantage by not paying back their debts in full. 4. Club is forced to start again from scratch at the bottom rung of Scottish football. 5. Titles are stripped for offending period. RFC are guilty on multiple levels. Other clubs have not even come close to this level of cheating IMHO.
  13. How the fukk do you do a high intensity plank for 20 seconds as opposed to just a normal plank for 20 seconds?
  14. Wow, King attempting to strip Ashley of his voting rights and Ashley has just challenegd the SFA passing King as Fit & Proper in the court of session. Things are heating up.
  15. As opposed to the havering of the anti putin Uk (and wider so called 'western') press? What was it... 15 kids burned alive / smashed to pulp in this attack? (Was the plane heading to Putin's home town? ) Seems to me if you want to make Putin lose support at home for his recent Syria help out this is 'tailor made'. And then when the Russians were saying hold off lets investigate the UK is straight on it saying no it is a bomb. It really honks like the MH17 thing honks.
  16. Shed always seems like a decent sort and up to a few pages ago so did you. I'll leave you to it. You seem half cut.
  17. Unless you can quote something to back that up you should stop repeating it as it is a nasty and cheap smear. I have read this thread I don’t recall anything like that from Shed. It you who has pitched up on the thread throwing out a bunch of ad hominems and now you want to play the victim when the guy finally tells you to go off. FFS have you been drinking? You are acting the whank here not him. If this is such a bore why are you on here with all your base spunk chat and personal remarks. Take it to your Aberdeen darts thread which is not in any way masturbatory BTW. It was less than a week ago the appeal was won and the papers have been full of chat about the ramifications. So how can people be repeating stuff that has only just happened? Total shite… you are just trying to shut down the conversation that clearly gets on your tits for whatever reason.
  18. Why British Haste on Plane Bomb Theory There was something weird about the way the UK was tripping over itself to label this as a bomb attack form almost immediately. I think this stinks bad.
  19. Yeah they know the score with google ads. They are running amok and need cuffed. "Two weeks in the cooler for sedition now fukk off." You can copy and paste that free of copyright. This place has lawless feel about it (not me I am well policed thanks but all them other ones). edit: only kidding, maybe a strongly worded warning.
