  1. Wasn't the best night. I can't get my head round why there was no atmosphere in the ground and why the team were just as flat.
  2. Anyone had any luck getting through on SSC helpline? I have been trying for days due to a ticket mix up. Was on hold for an hour yesterday.
  3. Accidentally clicked on the match for 3rd place D/E/F on the Uefa app
  4. As for Berlin.... it will be if we are second in the group - on 29 June. If we win the group it will be in Dortmund also on 29th. If we are 3rd it could be either Cologne or Gelsenkirchen on the 30th, or Frankfurt on 1 July, or Munich on the 2nd July.
  5. yep, that was the play off game
  6. Last 2x we have played there a lot have been on Dam square - even Rod Stewart came in the pub on the corner on one occasion
  7. Got ours Saturday morning in Gloucestershire
  8. cheers. I will try that on way to Amsterdam
  9. Ha...we were with some relatives in Nottingham recently who refuse to even carry credit cards as they want to pay everything with their watches. I nearly wet myself when they couldn't pay their bus fare...until I realised I had to pay it for them...
  10. TBH I don't know about the Hampden app, yet... it was just a general whinge! I remain to be convinced everything on phones is easier. When Hampden is busy getting a data signal is almost impossible. Will the app work without data? As an example I have had a few flights and train journeys recently where at the gate the app didn't function as no data signal, (or i wouldn't pay for data roaming) and screenshots or pdfs don't work. Worst is BA as the app always crashes. Having a paper copy of my booking saved the day.
  11. except when multi factor authentication sends a text to your lost phone... as for the environment, how much electricity is being used?
  12. I had a warm feeling when an envelope arrived this morning with a paper ticket for the game in Amsterdam next week...
  13. have found it but where does it say transfer to your own account?
  14. Yep... got that and did it. But transfer did not work as pal could not get a login code. And the guidance says info for those without smartphone (kids foe our group) will come out in due course.
  15. All of our lot must have missed the guidance. Was that emailed out?
  16. So I bought an extra ticket for a pal in the public sale (SSC members can buy 4). Transferred to my pal, he downloads the app and has tried 6 times to get a code to login in. With no success. My other pal's 6 year old grandson doesnt have a phone (been an SSC member since birth). They had to set up an email address for him so he could get tickets. Despite the SFA saying there would be a family option in the app, no one can find it and no guidance has come out. So, do they login as the wee fella, shove him through the turnstile, log out and then back in as the adult to eventually get through to rescue the wean? My sister has had to set up email addresses for 11 and 13 year olds (both SSC members) so that they could get their tickets. Someone in the SFA should have thought about all these possibilities before going live.
  17. they say no, but who knows... My issue was never the points. It was about being sat/stood together and kids not having email addresses or phones
  18. Despite what SFA said... it appears to allow you to transfer member tix
  19. They have suggested using the app and a vpn...I have been trying it but it crashes, a lot. Normally changing an email address on an account wouldn't bother me but a few of my pals have had a nightmare with the new SSC ticket system which makes me.loathe to touch anything.
  20. Thanks for advice... looked and doesn't allow you to change, you have to write to them. Fair enough, guess they are trying to stop touts etc.
  21. I travelled abroad quite a bit last year- managed to make all the Scotland games and many visits for work. On numerous occasions I got locked out of my BT Email account, causing some problems checking in for flights etc. I had always assumed it was the kids logging in to watch BT sports etc... But on about the eighth or ninth occasion I called BT when I got home. Astonishingly I was told, and they have confirmed again, 'that BT Email is not designed to be used outside of the UK and we cannot guarantee it will work'. So, when we get out of the group and progress to thw final, I am slightly concerned my email won't work when needing to buy tix. So, a long way to get to a daft question.... does anyone know if we change Email addresses with UEFA and SSC after we purchased tickets if it will affect getting them?
  22. SSC said in a reply to me their will be a family option and one for folks who don't have smart phones.
  23. I dint believe so... same price if you buy single tickets. The discount is on the public sale, but wait we pay a membership fee that other don't...
