Yes, you kinda forget about Porteous. Probably our best ball playing centre back if we are willing to put up with the lapses. I expect SP will want to try and play more football. The market we are in for managers is similar to the market the old firm are in for players. Guys who are young and up and coming or guys with experience who have had one or two more recent failures and their stock is not as high as it once was. Pocognoli sounds very much a club manager. 100%. He should also make contact with Ben Nelson whilst he is injured. I've stuck some money on Kasper on this basis. There may be scope for a wildcard or interim Naismith if they can't get a deal done but the above seems most plausible.
