Give him a chance - Ability is unquestionable, we need some players with a bit of spark and flair to give us some hope in these depressing times.

It's more likely that Watt doesn't want to play in League 1 and has requested a move to a better level.

Would rather not see him back in the SPL but regular games are good. Hopefully Griffiths, Rhodes & Watt can be more regular features in the squad than the depressing naming of 3 strikers; Fletcher, Naismith and C.Martin.

Is Harper even a striker? It does seem strange that he played regularly, in the second half of the season, for their under 21s but didn't even once make it onto the first team bench. If it's more of the same then a loan move is probably on the cards.

Also pretty sure if Ferguson had been at Man Utd not Blackburn he would have performed the same as Darren Fletcher. Collins, Fletcher, Ferguson, McAllister - At their peak these players are all in the same bracket. We also hav no players like this or even close to this now. Snodgrass is our only really stand out attacking minded or creative midfielder.

I'd happily see Adam back in the squad. If we're packing the midfield we may aswell have some ability in there.

There still seems to be a few fans clinging onto the hope Bannan will be an international football player. Wait a minute we're so bad now maybe he will be!? I don't even know what I think anymore...

We would have finished fourth in their group and would have played defensively v Holland and been pumped twice. They attacked v Holland (Something we don't do) and deserved to win. They are miles ahead of us in every footballing sense.

Everyone is judging him on the failure of the last campaign and the lack of change following on from that failure. Nothing like blind optimism and denial before a campaign begins - Classic Scotland!

Germany and Iceland would be streaks ahead of us now Without a big change in personal and a new system there's going to be so much negativity towards the forthcoming campaign, very little to be hopeful about!
