Well that was an indifferent evening. Bucketload of chances,about 7 (2) goals chopped off,big man up front knocking balls down for fun,Jack still not a captain,a midfielder that appears to be leaving starting in front of promising youngsters,some pr1ck with a drum in the merkland stand ready to be battered already and a victory. Couldn't justify a new thread,but my boy (8) got most improved player at his school today. Been training about 4 months and only played about 6 games. The look on his face was a sight to behold when his name was read out.

I did. After you blamed someone else for our not qualifying,the rest was basically nonsense. If players didn't want to win,I would doubt they would bother turning up and save themselves for club games. They have had some good results and performances in the last few campaigns,which could build to the next performance,but it doesn't. So either they're not good enough to be consistent or the management can't turn the positivity of a win/strong performance into the next game.
