Aberdeen roads are ace, there’s no one out on them. I’m just home from taking the bairn out to get PS4 games for his birthday party tomorrow, only problem was, Smyths toy shop was closed because of adverse weather conditions, even though every other shop in the complex was open, on the plus side, I’ve managed to book a prime time for a Saturday at the 10 pin bowling and tgi’s after it, Asda car park was empty, I got right to the front door, just a pity there’s fuck all to buy. I passed 3 petrol stations and they’re all queues out the road, I’ve no idea why, as everyone appears to be shitting themselves driving, so no idea why they need fuel. The snow a couple of months back was far worse than it is now, the place is full of utter clowns. Kids are happy though, they’re having popcorn and hula hoops for breakfast tomorrow morning as I’m refusing to go out and milk a cow in a farmers snowy field.

South stand closed to home fans at pittodrie tomorrow, away fans unaffected. SOUTH STAND Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions water supplies have been affected in parts of the South Stand. As a result, the decision has been taken to close the South Stand to home supporters for this match. After assessing the number of tickets sold in this area, the decision has been made to move all supporters who have purchased tickets for the home sections of the South Stand to the Richard Donald Stand Upper. South Stand ticket holders will automatically have their ticket enabled for the Upper Section of the Richard Donald Stand which will be operating unallocated seating. Supporters who wish to move from the Richard Donald Stand Upper to the Merkland or Main Stand should contact the Pittodrie Ticket Office. Supporters in the away section of the South Stand will be unaffected.

Some celtic fans were outed after the 1st goal, escorted from the area, where they decided that a wee bit of verbal to Aberdeen fans was safe to do now that they had protection. What they never banked on was them being walked past the Germans that were over for the game down one side, past a gate out to safety and right around the front of section Y, where it’s known to be a bit tougher than other areas of the stadium, to be met by about 70-80 casuals and be blocked in to the area. The standoff took a good few minutes to clear before they were taken down the front again, to their gratefulness as they were lucky to get out of the area alive. I can only assume a few doors will be knocked on in the next few days and a heavy fine will be sent to Aberdeen.
