  1. So how many more rounds until the group stages, 1? Also, will Aberdeen be seeded then for the next round?
  2. He has stood at a standstill in terms of ability in the last three years. I remember when we played Udinese away a few years ago in the Uefa cup and he was sensational but he just hasn't progressed. If anyone made an offer of over 500 grand for him, I would let him go.
  3. I am not to sure. I would certainly be more inclined to vote for a Labour party with Corbyn as leader than any of the other three.
  4. According to wikipedia he played 71 games and scored 34 goals in two seasons at Seville.
  5. Every single cyclist is at it, no doubts about it.
  6. Bacca could be the signing of the summer. I find it incredibly odd that neither Barca, Madrid or a bayern or any of the english clubs went for Bacca if Seville were prepared to sell. Will have a wee look before the start of the season, but he could be an excellent shout for Seria A top scorer.
  7. Classic Journalism there. Quotes from anyone that is apparently involved in these deals or none deals so to speak? Zero. Pure guesswork.
  8. It almost certainly should. There are numerous aspects of Glastonbury that T in The Park could actually benefit from but just like so many things in scottish society it's either to arrogant or too stupid to change it's ways.
  9. The Line up this year is pretty horrific apart from Jamie T, St Vincent and the slam tent lineup which is always good. It's a bit of a shame that they are now aiming at that 18-25 demographic who have sleeve tattoos, haircuts like Jack grealish, wear snapbacks and go for a tear up in The Corinthian. The set up is also horrendous with the token scheme for bevy, the lack of any decent bevy and the fact that everything shuts down at 12 and when you consider it's £20 cheaper than Glastonbury, it's a total rip off. I don't think it's sold out this year and won't sell out again in the future if line ups like this continue. There are literally hundreds of better festivals throughout Scotland, Britain and Europe which offer better value for money and don't treat you like a cash cow. I wouldn't be sad to see the end of it, it's utter guff.
  10. I am pretty certain that Odegaard will be going on loan, but my instinct tells me that it will be to a second division spanish side or one of the smaller Madrid sides in La Liga. If he did come to us i'd imagine he'd do ok in the SPL as I don't think there is much of a difference between ours and the Norwegian league but I am doubtful he would have an impact in Europe tbh.
  11. The London transport system is sensational, having spent five years there I am comparing the glasgow transport system to it which is unfair, but we are so far behind when it comes to infrastructure it's unreal.
  12. I know that they have been in manufacturing but its the bit in bold I don't understand, could someone elaborate further? How can they actually kill you?
  13. If thats the case then, it's probably best to take your opinion on Kanye with a pinch of salt, with the greatest of respect of course.
  14. I would agree that popular music in general is pretty guff, however, if you listen to his last album Yeezus, you'll understand why it wasn't as popular as his more friendly stuff. Yeezus is absolutely wild, pushing boundaries all over the shop, in fact I don't think any singles were released off it. Easily one of the best albums made the last 10 years. I do find it odd that his music is as popular as it is as I said, he isn't the radio friendliest of rappers compared to his others. His production work is nothing short of sensational as well. I'd urge you to listen to Jay Z's Blueprint, which Kanye produced 15 odd years ago and tell me he's still not a genius.
  15. Having been away for five years I came back to Glasgow 2 months ago thinking, the rail infrastructure would have improved yet it has not. This Sunday service thing is ludicrous, it will essentially mean Sunday is a write off for anyone without a motor. And this is the other thing, Glasgow actually rewards car drivers and penalises those who don't drive. If we improved the rail service, more frequent trains different roots, people would abandon their cars for work and as such we would reduce emissions etc which I am sure is an important target for the government to achieve. Just to give an example of how ####ed up the rail system is here, I had an interview in holytown last week, which according to google maps is 9.2 miles away from where I stay in Dennistoun. It took me three different trains and 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there, that is absolutely wild in my eyes.
  16. He's a rapper, not a singer christ. As for him being a rockstar, he certainly is in the sense that he's arrogant, up his own arse and clearly an absolute crackpot, which is frankly how I prefer my rockstars.
  17. Chemical Brothers were fantastic aye, Jamie T, Jamie XX, sleaford Mods, Run The Jewels were great as well. Thoroughly enjoyed Kanye, guys a genius in my eyes. The hate people have for him is remarkable when you consider a washed up paedo and his band were playing last night.
  18. I thought it was bollocks to be honest. Seemed all too contrived, nae sign of a plot and I cannae take Vince Vaughn seriously, will stick with it though.
  19. It's a joke of a decision, it's probably one of the safest clubs in Britain never mind Glasgow. I took my first Benteke in there when i was 19 and i've never looked back. Having stayed in london for five years, it amazed me when i first moved down that places like Fabric, corsica, Plastic people etc were open until 6 in the morning and yet up here it's 3 o clock and yer chucked out. I haven't been to Arches for years having been away but nothing beats that tinny sound ye get in there when the tunes are blaring and everyone is tuned to the moon, it's heavenly. If they want to start a war on drugs, then good luck to them, but wars end, this won't.
  20. All you need to know about Boris's electability is the fact that London, a Labour city for god knows how many years, has voted him in twice as mayor. He will an election at a canter.
