  1. Will we have a new maroon kit in time for this one..?
  2. 10/10 gig. Second (and likely last) time I've seen them and still on top form. Rocking harder than guys half their age. We salute you.
  3. The easy availability of firearms is definitely a contributing factor but as some have already pointed out, there must be more to it than that. Unfortunately for the US this will probably never change due to the high profile of gun advocates in politics and media. And even more worrying is that most people don't think there is a problem there. I remember a few years back watching a guy buy a handgun at a shooting range like you'd buy a beer. Literally a minute or 2 and the guy flashed his driving licence to the sales person who then asked "What kind of ammunition would you like? Practice or defensive?"
  4. Will there be a possibility of purchasing tickets for all the matches of a certain team? Yes. Another sales phase will be conducted for supporters of a specific team at a later stage. Further details will be announced on EURO2016.com in due course.
  5. The focus for September has to be beating Georgia - that's where 2008 campaign went wrong and it won't be a walkover. Anything from Germany is a bonus and the Poland game could be absolutely massive if other results go as expected. And it's Poland v Republic of Ireland the night we play Gibraltar too.
  6. The prize is massive for Scotland on this one. A win and chances of qualification significantly improves. That said, this is a must win for Ireland so they'll be going all out - which makes then vulnerable on the counter attack which we are good at under Anya, Maloney etc. Scotland 1-0 with a midfielder scoring.
  7. What folk seem to forget is that Russia's bid was better than England's. Not sure if the bid websites are still live but this was definitely the strongest so I wasn't surprised when this was revealed as the 2018 host. Qatar on the other hand...
  8. No - if we are serious about qualifying we should be out to try and win every game. As mentioned before, we should never be settling for draws. A draw is 2 points lost. If we beat Ireland that effectively rules them out of qualification.
  9. Looks like SFA might be taking inspiration from the TAMB again... Wonder if they'll do this for the Scotland games? http://www.scottishfa.co.uk/scottish_fa_news.cfm?page=2986&newsID=14838&newsCategoryID=1
  10. I'm standing for Mayor of London 2016. If you can help in any way, write to me at galloway4london@gmail.com pic.twitter.com/UDX0KMZ2VO — George Galloway (@georgegalloway) May 28, 2015 <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
  11. Good result. I actually think Cameron will be open to more devolution. He knows the next referendum on Scottish Independence won't be on his watch so he doesn't have to worry that his legacy will be the PM who lost Scotland. Boris will be in charge by then...
  12. Drink loads of fizzy juice before going to bed pashed and it greatly reduces the hangover - assuming it's to do with a spike in sugar before crashing out.
  13. The only point of this is to increase the commuter catch to London. Equality doesn't suit The Establishment. Wasn't there another study done that this would actually have a detrimental impact on Scotland? What's our "contribution" to this anyway?

As soon as this was discovered, the Qatar game should have been postponed / cancelled. Any fine that would have occurred would have been worth it not to jeopardise our chances of getting into Pot 2. Sheer incompetence again from the SFA!
  15. Davie Weir & Christian Dailly will save the day.
  16. 750ml injection of Irn Bru consumed straight from a glass bottle will sort you right out.
  17. Anyone that votes to allow this barbaric activity should face a hunt of their own, Running Man style.
  18. Worth a signature, even just to stick it to Glasgow Labour Cooncil. https://www.change.org/p/glasgow-city-council-licencing-board-and-police-scotland-glasgow-city-council-licensing-board-and-police-scotland-re-instate-the-arches-club-licence
  19. Is that where the raves are now The Arches is shut?
  20. I'd like to this all the pro-indy parties will have some kind of nod to supporting the next referendum in their manifestos. Would be good to get it in quick whilst Labour are in complete disarray and we're just starting a Tory majority government might give us the 6% swing from last year.
  21. I'm sure he only got a few votes to survive the no confidence motion on the condition he would resign. Although quite sad as a few have already pointed out. Leader Dug doesn't have the same ring to it...
