Exactly this. And if you didn't have enough funds to cover the final ticket you'd miss out on the tickets for actual games.

I put different card numbers for the random ballot and SSC so I could potentially dingy one or other of them (by not having enough fund for payment to go through). Suspect thought that when I put through the second one it has probably changed the default card details for both. Who knows how they will do it as no way to check your application on their shite system.
