  1. Doesn’t look like it mate. Mannheim is nowhere near the travel zones. A quick google suggests that it’s not even in the Frankfurt travel zone and that’s your closest host city from what I can see.
  2. I would guess the team will be in Munich on the Thursday to train on the pitch.
  3. That makes sense as the reviews will be based on a whole mix of differing ticket systems. Some more secure than others. In terms of wanting the peace of mind of the ticket in your app before you travel - the unfortunate thing is that nobody knows for certain when UEFA will release the tickets. Estimates range from days to weeks before the games. Until that happens, nobody can transfer anything.
  4. I can say from personal experience that if the seller on StubHub sent me a screenshot (and marked their tickets as delivered on the StubHub system), then I would know just to enter immediate dispute with StubHub. The transfer mechanism for these tickets is built in to the UEFA app and once the seller puts in your email address and hits Transfer, the recipient/buyer needs to accept the tickets, at which point you will become the only person that sees/owns them. If anyone had used the Transfer feature on ticketmaster recently, it’s the same concept. In short, anyone being sent a screenshot of a QR code for these tickets would be daft to go as far as trying to use it at a gate. They should have disputed it the moment they receive a QR code rather than an official ticket transfer via app.
  5. Westa are running a bus I’m sure.
  6. Totally agree. It’s clear that the support base is desperate for a saviour striker, but getting carried away about guys like Conway when he’s not even featured in Clarke’s plans to date is a bit out there. Fair enough if Conway or maybe another couple of faces get a sniff in the March squad for Clarke to have a look, but it’ll take a lot break into his plans. As for Dykes - I like the big guy and think he doesn’t get enough credit. As Scottish strikers go as well, his goal scoring record isn’t bad.
  7. Announced on social media channels recently by the SFA.
  8. Disappointed I missed this yesterday. Happy for Sinner. Seems a likeable lad. Apparently had a chance at skiing as well but I imagine he’s made the right choice and a fair bit more money in the tennis!! Going to be an interesting next few years with Sinner, Alcaraz, Ruud, Rune and others jostling. In other news… Murray with another disappointing R1 loss tonight to Paire in Montpellier at an ATP250 event. Doesn’t look good.
  9. I’m sure one of Wonky Sheep or Sport Options said that they’d looked at running single game trips and it ended up having to be an offering by Eurostar train for it to be economical. So didn’t sound like it there was anything promising in terms of say trips. I think that would be the companies to ask though if you want to check if they have anything in the pipeline.
  10. I’ve sent you a PM mate 👍
  11. Careful! The footnote does not mention those Berlin/Leipzig bordering networks VBB/MDV as being combined. The map is just showing it together because the are bordering. It only appears to be VRR/VRS as being combined as an exception. https://www.uefa.com/euro2024/event-guide/ticket-holders/
  12. Yes, but I was referring to the fact for Euro 2024 ticketholders, the VRS/VRR are being effectively combined to cover all 4 host cities (Cologne, Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen, Dusseldorf).
  13. Looks like it. https://www.vrs.de/en/der-vrs/verbundraum VRS and VRR regions are combined for covering all the North west host cities.

Surprised that our current shirts aren’t on sale yet. I noticed the away kit is more or less sold out online, apart from one size, and very few in the JD stores I’ve been in recently. They must be sufficiently low in stock of both variants that they’re not bothering to discount until the new kits appear.
  15. Good to be in the know! 😜 I took a punt the night before the announcement as the rumours of Amsterdam seemed to be firming up. £120 return from Edinburgh, so you and not too many others must have been ahead of me in the queue. 😁
  16. If it’s not Taylor Swift and the Proclaimers I’m not interested.
  17. What non-Scotland games did you get mate? I’m on the look out for a few games but depends on category, etc.
  18. Majority of people haven’t received emails. Although I think the successful ones have. If you log into the portal it will tell you the results.
  19. Hi mate, Where do you think would be worthwhile staying for a night if I were going to the tennis at Halle? I’m currently booked in Mainz for 3 nights, 15-18 June but it looks a bit of a long journey to go up and back from there in one day. I was thinking of maybe going to Wuppertal or somewhere else for a night (17th), then go to tennis (18th) and then I can head to Cologne as soon as the tennis finishes for the day - without it being too much of a journey. I’m then in Cologne 18-21 June.
  20. I thought it was the elec-tonic wine festival. For the lovers of buckfast. Might attract a good Scottish crowd! 👍🤣

Have any of the other adidas nations formally launched their new kits yet? Should we expect home & away to be launched at the same time or staggered - maybe with one in March and one in May?
  22. Gibraltar game should be the confidence builder as part of the warm weather camp. Finland game will be a good step up from that for a home send off match. As for it being Friday - I think we need to trust/hope Clark is having the ultimate sign off on schedule based on what suits the players. I’m fine with that.
  23. Yeah, we’re staying in Mainz so would be near enough the same journey to get up to Halle. Not the quickest but will see what happens with the ballot. A day out at the tennis is brilliant though. You’ll have a great time.
