  1. Love these group games before league season starts, far better than boring friendlies. On another point, Kevin Clancy should be fined for his incompetence yesterday at Fir Park. Added 5 seconds injury time despite 10 substitutions, a sending off and a stoppage for a head injury. A late goal for East Fife could have affected the seedings for the knockout stages.
  2. A rare statement coming from a Motherwell fan but it's great to see Airdrie's improvement over the last couple of years. Really think they are capable of causing a surprise and get promoted this season. Here's hoping anyway, Well v Airdrie is a fixture I miss.
  3. Yes mainly they are but back in the good old days a lot of away strips were just a reversal of colours.
  4. It'd be a minor miracle to unearth another Van Veen but we'll see how our new striker from Walsall does along with the new holding midfielder we've signed (North Macedonia international). Johnson was a sore one to lose, he was shaping up really well, thought he'd give it another season to really establish himself and get a bigger move. Strum Graz was a surprising choice as he had a lot of interest from all over Europe. Been really impressed with Kettlewell, he has done an incredible job turning around the awful start to last season under Hammell and has cleared a few out. Hopefully he gets the other 2 players in he is after and we could have a decent season. And a real plus our new away top has upset Celtic fans as they think it looks like an Orange Sash (I always thought orange sashes were V shaped) but we've signed a full back called Pape to balance things out πŸ‘
  5. Ange under pressure Ramy πŸ˜‰ Tottenham 0 West Ham 2 (29 mins) Club Tournament in Australia βš’οΈ
  6. The BBC have this story in the Entertainment and Arts category, wtf?
  7. The SRU would've been better appointing Calman's agent. Can clearly work miracles getting her so much work.
  8. Absolutely sick of her. The fat cow gets everywhere.
  9. I'm refering to the response from the party. As was mentioned, in 2017 independence felt real. We had the fundamental change. A strong leader would have whipped up anger amongst Scots regarding Brexit but it was allowed to just peter out. Going to the courts for a ruling was stupid, did no one think about what losing that decision would do to the cause? (As Alibi refers, was is it deliberate? Certainly played right into the unionists hands). Has the Scottish government asked the UK government WHEN we can have another referendum?
  10. I don't know if aaid is a pathetic cocksucker, he may be very good at it. Seriously though, other than the personal digs at him you make some very good points. Such an open goal with Brexit and still should be now we are seeing how damaging it is. Very weak leadership.
  11. Can anyone guess which poster made the below quote a few weeks ago? πŸ€” No prizes I'm afraid. "Fuck loyalty, it's all about the ££££"
  12. No ambition. He could have been testing himself against the likes of Ronaldo, Neves and Jota. πŸ˜—πŸŽΆ
  13. Why it wasn't done at end of the season is anyone's guess. Forfar manager Ray McKinnon had just agreed to become his number 2 at Forest Green. Forfar have taken him back. McKinnon will have to have a great season now to keep the Loons fans happy.
  14. Some of the comments from the 'staunch' types on the news feeds comments section have been disgusting.
  15. Well done to Brentford for their decision to keep this seasons new strip for two seasons.
  16. In the plus side of all this Saudi stuff Gary Neville is continuing to make a rip roaring arse of himself. Questioning the integrity of it! WTF? English Premiership Gary? Millionaire mates paying for Salford's success in getting to the Football League.
  17. And club football too. We were coming out the pub at 5 to 3 as usual and bumped into him. Derek Adams just signed for Motherwell from Ross County and jokingly said to him you're not here scouting Adams for Scotland already? To our surprise he stopped and chatted away about how he was aware of Adams from an early age and had recommended him to clubs before he got his break. He was really delighted for him as he knew how much effort he'd put in. Browns enthusiasm just talking about football was brilliant.
