Worse case scenario, i.e. personal allowance doesn't increase and we take the highest possible percentage increase. Assuming tax rates are the same. Rough estimates. They pay £3 a week in tax in 2026. If we take the mean of increases then we're into the 2030's before we reach that threshold. If the personal allowance threshold changes then that pushes everything further into the future.
