  1. Would be absolutely fantastic to go down and utterly destroy and pillage some shitey wee Brexit stronghold like Burnley with 7000 drunken IRA sympathising Celtic fans but the games would be a bit shite.

  2. This is a bit simplistic is it not? Does form not come into it? It obviously also depends on the age of the player in question and what their career prospects are. If Dykes was signed by Wolves tomorrow (if we ignore the transfer window) should he be picked ahead of McBurnie for the Israel game? Andy Robertson was playing for Dundee United 3 or 4 years before he was playing in the Champions League final. Lyndon Dykes could be playing in the EPL next season and McBurnie could be sold to a Championship side. Who knows what will happen? Steve Clarke needs to consider a

  4. FFS are you wanting it fucking peer reviewed or what? It's a diddy fitba forum not a fucking dissertation. (Although I share your general concern regarding grammar, punctuation and spelling). Not from SH btw; he had familial encouragement I would wager.

  5. He could be as Scottish as The Broons but I wouldnt vote for a Farage view of Independence. It doesnt come at any cost.

  6. Had a good look at Hanley today. Basically a solid no nonsense performance but hardly stand out. Decent in the air, read the game well mostly. Although most centre halfs aren't well known for their mobility he's more rigid than most, very one-footed which adversely effects his positioning on occasions and can make him look a bit clumsy, seemed quite one paced. Biggest problem for him today was that he allowed Billy Sharp to draw him into a bit of a battle then he completely lost Billy for the only goal of the game. We played Billy and McBurnie up front today, neither of whom are known for

  9. Farage never got the credit he deserved for winning the General Election. Without him the 29% who voted Tory wouldn’t have earned their stonking majority. He epitomises the UK

  12. Bit of a forgotten man but Bardsley still plays in the EPL. Starting against spurs this evening. Strange that he hasn't been picked for a while. He could slot into right back easy enough you would think.

  23. Ive never understood how some football fans cant grasp the concept of the best teams having the best players. There are the odd exceptions to the rule like when Larsson stayed at Celtic however it should be taken as a given that a player getting games at Man Utd will be better than a player in the same position playing at Norwich who will be better than a player at Hearts who will be better than Raith Rovers. Yet we continue to think for some reason that guys like Dykes should get called up over McBurnie, McLean, McGrefgor or Jack to start over McTomminey. Its madness. If Dyke

  31. Hopefully it doesn't happen at all. Happy to meet NI in a competitive fixture, but otherwise never and certainly not in Belfast. The behaviour of many of the attendees at the last attempt at Hampden in 2012 (?? - McGregor gave away a penalty and Kevin Thomson was subbed at HT) was a disgrace.
