Less a 'kicking out', more an expansion of Scottish Presbyterianism. As I've mused before, come independence I reckon you should get to keep Northern Ireland. Its protestant majority was the gift Scotland brought to the union, so it only seems fair you get to have it back after the divorce... Danny Boy, Gloria by Them, Jimmy Jimmy by The Undertones, A Good Heart by Fergal Sharkey, even something by Stiff Little Fingers. Just anything apart from GSTQ.
