Freemasonry influence stopping Met police change.

On the topic of Freemasonry....like that link I posted at the start of the thread, it's all about searching for the 'light'.  Im fairly sure there are some on this board who know pretty well what I'm saying.  As for the Theosophy, Bailey, Blavatsky et al, you only have to read their writings that say that a 'spirit guide' gave them the information.

2 Corinthians 11:

14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

He and the fallen appear as angels of light, not as you picture in your mind red with horns et al.

Check what  the United Nations affiliated Lucis trust (formerly Lucifer Publishing Co) believe

They've made the big mistake of trying to contact the spirit world (divination) - which God warns about, because they are contacting the demonic.

No need to believe what i say, just check out their own writings - written by their 'spirit guides'.

by the way, Hitchens was in all probability a fairly high up Mason.  They are forwarding the agenda.  Again, you need to find out about the externalization of the hierarchy.  Their light is the false light.

You have absolutely no proof of Sagan and now Hitchens being a freemason - it's just your way of shutting your eyes and covering your ears

Apart from no lodge or colleagues proudly ever admitting it even after their deaths you have to declare belief in a superior being to be a freemason

Hitchens, and Sagan to a lesser degree, spent a great part of their lives reasoning how completely shite the likelihood of that being true

So your "by the way" and "in all probablility" is just completely made up pish the same with everything else you spout against people that dont agree with your beliefs

2 Cor 4:

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

In whom the god of this world (Satan - fallen angel Lucifer) hath BLINDED THE MINDS of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

2 Cor 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

1 Corinthians 15King James Version (KJV)

15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Ephesians

12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

How Long is Eternal Life ?

Talking of eternal life is like talking about a trillion dollars. They are both so large that their magnitude is often unrealized. One million dollars may be attainable by some, but people concede that a trillion is a lot more than a million and leave it at that.

Living for a hundred years is a long time and has been reached by a few in modern years. The nine-hundred sixty-nine years of Methuselah seem other-worldly. Eternity is something much longer than a mere thousand years.

“The host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea…” – Jer 33:22

I’m sure there are more than a trillion sands in the sea. Human brains tend to shut off from reality when we try to think of numbers this large. They are only numbers on a page. But God knows:

“[God] hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out the heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure…” – Isa 40:12

Scientists and manufacturers spend billions of dollars to try to extend our life just a few years at a time. This is like trying to add a few more sands to the seas. But God, the source of life, is able to give life abundantly!

He has defeated death, paid for our offences toward Him, and has offered the gift of eternal life to all those who put their faith in the atonement and free justification of Jesus Christ.

If we would spend a trillion dollars to offer healthcare and medicine to help extend the life of the infirmed for a few years then how much more important would it be if we could extend life a thousand years? Ten thousand? What about forever? This would be worth all our time and money if we could receive it!

Jesus made this value statement, “what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36)

We only have a short time to receive eternal life before our death. God has helped us by providing us with the written means by which we can know how to receive it. The instructions are in Romans 4:5and 25.

Unfortunately, humanity refuses to turn to the source of life or the book he provided. Scientists continually fail to find eternal life in a laboratory. They need to ask the question, “how long?” The answer til death is “Not long.” The answer that only God can provide is “forever.”

Your life is a few granules of sand and a few drops in the oceans of eternity. Spend it seeking eternal life (2 Cor 4:17,1 Peter 1:24). Find it in God’s grace in the death and resurrection of Jesus for you (2 Cor 5:21).
