er yir macaroon
Away games in S. America at the end of the season is a stupid as it gets. Withdrawals in droves and player discontent just while a new manager trys to gel a team. Players just want to go on holiday by then. ScotlandWintheWorldCup
I think its a good lineup and intresting. Costa Rica, the 2nd best team in concacaf and prob in edinburgh at proper football stadium. Good test for scotland. Hungary, not very good but fun away trip and if they still use that huge stadium, real history there. Big plus for me is I;ve always thought in the years we don't qualify for wc or euros we should be taking the team away to SAmerica so if we ever do qualify our players know what a tournament away from home feels like. Before anyone is like call offs not important, the teams in samerica and mexico take summer games extremely seriously and regard a euro team coming as a test of football and manhood. Peru away is really tough, good fast team, plus always 30c in Lima all year round. Great test. Can just see tierney showing why the wc stage is for him. Mexico away, they have there best team since 2006 wc, watching Scotland at the Azteca!!!!!! How good is that. 2 wc finals and they take this serious so could be 100,000 there!!! Its also going to be 30-35c and humid, good for our players to learn to cope with heat conditions for qualifiers in Balkans in sept time possibly and 2022 wc is going to be around 25-30c. Snapperone
So much for the plonker posting on his Tartan Army facebook page that we were playing Senegal in London on the 26th March. That's what you get for trying to pretend that you're in the know....
