So anyone else obsessed with the musical Hamilton. I can't wait for it to come to the UK. I hope Miranda moves to Scotland for a few shows. A musical about a Scot seeking independence for his new country from Britain. Some amazing songs and full of emotion. I didn't know the full story before this musical https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamilton_(musical) Some beautiful tracks and undertones of uprising. I hope similar things will be done for the future Scotland founding fathers and mothers

As it's October Schools Week off, have decided to take wife/weans to Algarve for the week....disnae seem to be many others doing this. Ah thought it wis a great "get brownie points" trip....holiday and game in a oner.

Staying in Cork Thurs-Sunday. Aer Lingus flights from Glasgow and Edinburgh still good value I believe. Nicer place than Dublin, and on the Friday night Cork City are at home to Bray...... Only a couple of hours on the train to Dublin with a carry-out and sing-song with the Cork TA....and no doubt some Irish lads. Cannae wait.

Watching the Final and realise I saw Dnipro play away at Simferopol a few years back and now Tavriya Simferopol no longer exist since the re-unification of the Crimea with Russia. Got me thinking which other teams I've seen that no longer exist. (No, this isn't an excuse to mention Rangers)....so as I can remember.... 1. Rangers 2. Tavriya Simferopol 3. Wimbledon 4. Clydebank 5. Germinal Ekeren 6. Haarlem 7. Airdrie 8. Others that I can't concentrate on for now cos the Finals on........see ya.
